The purpose of this policy is to explain why, when and how we at FSPORT AB (from now on also referred to as “FSPORT” or “us”/”we”) process and store information about visitors (“you”) to hockeystakes.com.
We handle, process and store your data according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament And of The Council of 27 April 2016 On The Protection of Natural Persons With Regard to The Processing of Personal Data And On The Free Movement of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereby also referred to as the “Data Protection Law” or “DPA”).
This policy is intended to inform you about your rights. It does not replace any rights set out in local laws or the DPA. By using this website (hockeystakes.com) you agree and acknowledge that your personal data may be collected and used as stated in this policy.

4. Who do we share your data with?
We work with third-party solutions to maintain and manage our services. They will sometimes need access to your data.

Data may be transferred to a relevant entity if we buy another business, or assets, or if another party acquires our assets.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Your personal data will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in section 3 of this policy. Including what is necessary to comply with legal, tax related, or accounting requirements.
As per your rights as set out in section 7, you can always request that your data be deleted.
6. Direct Marketing
We use your personal information to send targeted direct marketing about the products we and our partners offer (e.g., betting services, online casinos, horse racing, and financial services). It can be via email, push notifications or targeted ads on other web pages. Our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes is part of our legitimate interests (see section 3).
You will always have the right to opt out from future direct marketing. Either through the unsubscribe link included in all marketing emails, changing subscriptions and notifications settings from your account page, or by contacting us (see section 7 below).

Access – you can ask us to

- provide you with a copy of the data we keep (see “Portability” below).
- provide you with specifics about your data (e.g., what information we keep, what it is used for, with whom it is shared, how long we store it, and where we got it from. And if there has been any automatic-decision-making and profiling based on your data to an extent not already clarified in this policy.
Correction – you can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data at any time.
Deletion – you can ask us to delete your personal data, but only if
- it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or
- if you have withdrawn your consent (when processing was based on consent), or
- if you have made a successful objection, as defined below under “Objections”, or
- if needed to fulfil a legal obligation.
We are not obliged to fulfil the data deletion request if it is necessary for us to fulfil a legal obligation, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Limitation – you can ask us to keep but not use your personal data, but only
- if accuracy is disputed (see Correction above), while we verify its accuracy, or
- if you have exercised your right to object (see ”Objection” below) and verification of your claims are ongoing, or
- if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, but we still need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Portability – your data request will be fulfilled in a widely accepted, well structured, machine-readable format.
Objection – you can object to the processing of your personal data if you believe that your fundamental rights and freedoms take precedence over our “legitimate interests” (see section 3). We shall be granted the opportunity to show our compelling legitimate interests and legal obligations.
Regulatory authority – you have the right to file complaints to appropriate local regulatory authority about how we manage your personal data, but we appreciate if you first try to sort out any irregularities with us directly.
International transfers – you can request to be informed about what security measures and procedures we employ if your data is subject to an international transfer (see section 8).
8. International transfers
International transfers pertain to personal data transferred to a country outside of the European Union. This may include any third parties as per section 4 above. Including the disclosure of your personal information to governmental agencies and law enforcement.
We will always ensure that international data transfers are managed by the data controller in a way that protects your rights. Any request received will be carefully scrutinised before any data is disclosed.

Storage Duration
